The Message Dashboard is designed to ensure problem-free in-house or customer communication processes. Information can be exchanged practically within the system without the need for any third-party communication solution. It is also possible to make calls by filtering all messages on this dashboard. This speeds up the identification of important information shared during the communication.
A screen similar to the above image will appear when you click on the New Message button, and you can create new messages to communicate with the employees or customers. You can even choose multiple users to send messages to more than one person.
