The Tickets Dashboard is the dashboard, where new work orders are assigned to the employees and these orders are tracked. Just like in the Contacts Dashboard, you can also call the contacts through the Tickets Dashboard. Again, you can also export the data in excel format on this dashboard.

Another functionality of the dashboard is you can easily track the activities of the relevant work order by simply clicking on the icon next to the ranking number when you want to examine it in detail.
